Key Responsibilities:
  • Own acquiring new clients through strategic outreach channels such as email, WhatsApp, calls, or networking.
  • Manage the sales cycle: prospecting → discovery calls → pitching → closing deals.
  • Bulk up your sales pipeline by building strong relationships with clients.
Client Communication & Relationship Building:
  • Confidently lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches to their needs, and build trust with clients.
Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Partner with our leadership for seamless project handovers.
  • Share valuable feedback from prospects to enhance our offerings and pitches.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2–6 years in digital marketing agencies, specifically in business development/client acquisition.
  • Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, and digital marketing).
  • Outreach Skills: Familiarity with multiple outreach channels.
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
  • International experience: Prior work with international clients.
