Job Title: Data Insights and Engagement Coordinator

Role Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing accurate data analytics and interpretation, ensuring error-free documentation and reporting, and facilitating effective communication with government bodies, corporate partners, and donors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret data with maximum accuracy to inform strategic decisions.
  • Generate detailed reports for government agencies and corporate partners, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Coordinate donor visits and manage responses for both retail and corporate donors, ensuring seamless communication and building strong relationships.
  • Allocate scholarships to students and maintain clear communication with donors, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Engage with retail customers for fundraising, including explaining, negotiating, and promoting initiatives to drive results.
  • Travel across cities as required for donor engagement and fundraising activities, representing the organization's mission and values.
  • Design promotional materials and raise awareness about our mission and goals, leveraging your creative skills to drive engagement and support.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to build relationships and convey complex information effectively.
  • Proficiency in documentation, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint presentations to deliver high-quality outputs.
