Lead Data Analyst

We're seeking a talented Lead Data Analyst to spearhead our data-driven strategies and empower better healthcare decisions. As a seasoned expert in commercial patient analytics, you'll uncover valuable insights from real-world healthcare datasets.

This is a hands-on role where you'll leverage advanced data analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments across the region.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products—from development to market launch and post-market monitoring—using advanced analytics to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modeling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimize automated data pipelines (e.g., in Dataiku) to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualizations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productized solutions that align with our vision.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.
What You Need
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial patient analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query).
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
