Job Description:

The Digital Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end data analysis of digital, stores and omni experiences.

Creation of dashboards is also a key responsibility along with partnering with technology partners to be a strategic thought partner.

This role involves collaboration with developers and customer feedback teams as well as building measurement plans.

Deep dive analyses within Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Snowflake are required in this position.

Sharing findings and actionable insights with stakeholders through the creation of dashboards and presentations is a must.

Stakeholders include technology partners, executives, and other high-level decision-makers.

A key strategic partner, they will help teams determine feature priority based on expected outcomes.

Measure the total impact of new features and experiences on customer performance using various analytics tools and software.
