Job Title: AI Solutions Developer

Description:

We are seeking an innovative AI Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member, you will design and implement cutting-edge internal business applications enriched with artificial intelligence and intelligent automation.

You will be responsible for developing sophisticated apps with natural language querying and AI-driven actions like content generation, image recognition, and automated decisioning. Additionally, you will integrate public and private Large Language Models (LLMs) to unlock capabilities like text summarization, semantic search, and conversational agents.

Your role will also involve designing complex workflow automations guided by RPA principles and embedding LLMs for adaptive automation including dynamic error handling and process logic. You will integrate diverse data sources to fuel real-time, AI-informed insights within business apps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3-6 years of proven software development experience with 2+ years in low-code/no-code and AI-enhanced applications.
  • Advanced skill in JavaScript, SQL, and API integration for building custom AI functionality.
  • Demonstrated experience with LLMs and their APIs for enabling generative and analytical features.
  • Solid grasp of Git for version control, branching, and team workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and debugging skills.
  • Effective communication skills for interfacing with product, engineering, and business teams.
