Job Title: Financial Leadership Role

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled finance leader to join our advisory team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
  • Financial Modelling: Build financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Detailed Project Reports: Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Manage Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Corporate Finance Support: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Advisory & Strategy: Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA/CFA
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
