Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Education Counsellor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to prospective students, helping them navigate the admissions process and achieve their academic goals.

Counselling Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person interactions, offering detailed information about our programs, admission criteria, and campus offerings.
  • Assess students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and interests to suggest suitable programs and provide personalized guidance.
  • Guide students through the entire admissions process, ensuring they understand each step and have the support they need.
  • Build and maintain relationships with applicants, their families, and educational advisors, promoting our institution as a preferred choice.
  • Regularly follow up with potential applicants, answer questions, and provide updates on their application status.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, with education or counselling-related fields being preferred.
  • Proven experience in counselling, sales, or a related field; experience in education counselling is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a student-centered approach.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively.
