Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactive monitoring, acknowledging, and alerting customers throughout the shift in a 24x7 environment.
  • A strong ability to communicate in English (US) with clients, ISPs, and vendors is required for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Familiarity with Jira ticketing tools and setup of alerts in Datadog, Pagerduty, Meraki, and monitoring of the whole network environment is essential.
  • Extensive experience in integration and setup of Datadog agents in QNAP NAS, print servers, hosts, and VMs (Linux and Windows-based devices) using Datadog agents is necessary.
  • Knowledge about Datadog and its collector, forwarder, APM agent, and datadog.yaml files setup is also required.
  • The candidate should have knowledge in setting up on/off call shifts with escalation policies in Pager Duty.
  • Relevant hands-on experience in Pagerduty setup with Datadog and Meraki Dashboard is necessary.

This role requires confident and suitable candidates with relevant experience to apply their skills effectively.
