Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business discussions, building consensus among stakeholders, and designing custom functionalities on the Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

Job Description:
  • The Salesforce Technical Lead will lead the implementation of Salesforce CRM, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes.
  • They will work closely with multiple stakeholders to design and build custom capabilities on the Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
  • Strong experience in designing and building custom functionalities and capabilities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC ecosystem is required.
  • A deep understanding of product and pricing modeling/configuration, CPQ approvals, data migration, quote-to-cash process, approval flows, and order and billing process is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Salesforce CRM Implementation experience of 10+ years
  • 5+ years of experience as Technical Lead of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Revenue clouds
  • Hands-on experience in Lightening Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL, SOQL, Data loaders, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Process, Customizations, and Data/Metadata Migration
  • In-depth understanding of Lead to Cash Process, Business Change Management, and Agile Methodology
