Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and define business scope and objectives
  • Provide advanced consulting services to internal groups
  • Develop or modify procedures to resolve technical issues
  • Offer support by troubleshooting processes and testing
  • Coach and mentor less experienced analysts
  • Comply with safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements Management:

  • Gather requirements and update them in a project management tool
  • Manage demo, module training, and workshop activities
  • Collect process data for analysis
  • Coordinate master data management between development and test teams
  • Qualify and manage data changes
  • Manage change requests in a configuration management system
  • Conduct qualification and validation activities
  • Create test scripts and specifications in coordination with training activities

Job Description:

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in formulating and defining business scope and objectives based on user needs and requirements. They will work closely with internal groups to provide advanced consulting services, develop or modify procedures, and offer support by troubleshooting processes and testing.
