We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to join our team as an Equity Strategist. This is a critical role in driving business growth by acquiring new large trader clients and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:
  • This individual will be responsible for acquiring new large trader clients per month, ensuring best-in-class customer acquisition through strategic selection of surrogates aligned with segmentation norms.
  • Participating in the Local Area Program (LAP) for lead generation, actively sourcing trader accounts/leads for third-party products.
  • Collecting margin cheques/stocks from clients as needed, ensuring timely capture/banking.
  • Driving daily trading volumes and profitability for clients and the company.
  • Acquiring large trader clients with high margins.
  • Executing transactions in Equities (Cash and Derivatives), Currency & Commodities.
  • Managing orders efficiently and promptly based on customer requests.
  • Generating leads, selling/advising third-party products like Health Insurance, SIPs, Life Insurance, Mutual Funds.
  • Collaborating with RMS, Activation Team, Surveillance, and other departments for smooth branch operations.
  • Approving daily limits and commercials.
  • Converting offline customers to online.
Responsibilities:
  1. To acquire new large trader clients each month.
  2. To ensure excellent quality customer acquisition through selecting suitable representatives according to specific criteria.
  3. To take part in Local Area Programme for generating leads and source additional trader accounts/leads of third party services.
  4. To collect cheques or stocks from clients when required, ensuring they are processed swiftly.
  5. To achieve minimum daily trading volumes and profitably serve both clients and the organization.
  6. To identify potential clients who can offer substantial revenue.
  7. To process various financial transactions including Stocks, Currencies and Commodities.
  8. To implement strategies that ensure order management efficiency.
  9. To source potential clients and suggest third party services such as health insurance etc.
  10. To effectively collaborate with sales teams, support groups, and other departments for seamless branch functioning.
  11. To review commercial deals every day and confirm approvals.
  12. To successfully convert offline traders to digital ones.
