Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead digitalization in the commercial area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, collaborating with business stakeholders, preparing requests for proposals, designing and documenting business processes, and managing delivery teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Digitalization: Spearhead digitalization efforts in the commercial area, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document requirements, ensure alignment across departments, and facilitate communication between teams.
  • Process Design: Design and document business processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Talent Management: Manage delivery teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on Sales and Service Cloud and migrating legacy systems to Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Apex, Lightning Components, Lightning Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce Integration tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Migration, using tools like Data Loader, Dataloader.io, and other ETL platforms.
