Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and deliver human resources (HR) digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with global HR teams, ensuring seamless integration of HR systems and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end implementation projects for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
  • Configure and manage Recruitment, Onboarding, or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules.
  • Ensure smooth integration with SAP HCM modules (OM & PA).
  • Provide expertise in Time Management and Payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors & HCM.
  • Proven track record in 1 to 2 full-cycle EC implementation projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Recruitment, Onboarding, or ECP modules.
  • At least 1 project experience in SAP HCM (OM & PA).
  • Strong understanding of Time Management & Payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (preferred).
