A Research-Focused Product Designer Role

We seek a seasoned Product Researcher & Designer to join our team. As the primary designer, you will be responsible for uncovering user insights and translating them into impactful design solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive usability testing, interviews, and contextual research to identify areas of improvement.
- Translate research findings into actionable frameworks, flows, and prototypes that meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to validate design solutions and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Advocate for evidence-based design decision-making throughout the design process.
- Share insights and best practices with the design team to foster collective knowledge and growth.
Ideal candidates have a strong background in turning research insights into design outcomes. A well-rounded portfolio showcasing research-informed design projects is essential. Excellent storytelling and communication skills are also required to effectively convey complex ideas to cross-functional teams.
