Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Advisor in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to drive IAM solution architecture discussions, collaborate with business development teams, and shape go-to-market strategies.

This role demands deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication skills. We are looking for an individual with:

  • 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong specialization in IAM.
  • Proven experience as an IAM Architect or Advisor, with hands-on knowledge of platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Okta, Ping, etc.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to define end-to-end IAM strategies, architectures, and business use cases across diverse industries. Required Skills & Qualifications include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—must be able to present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business understanding with experience aligning technical solutions to client goals, industry trends, and compliance mandates.

  • Provide strategic input on IAM initiatives, presenting complex concepts in a business-friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IAM solutions tailored to specific business requirements and industry use cases.
