The Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our clients' infrastructure needs, including the implementation and management of Dynatrace solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and implement Dynatrace solutions on complex customer environments, including on-prem, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Participate in projects from inception to complete implementation, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate Application Performance Management to prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities of Dynatrace solutions.
  • Bring best practices to leverage the capabilities of Dynatrace solutions, ensuring maximum value for our clients.
  • Apply strong application performance analysis skills to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-8 years' experience in Dynatrace and development of custom dashboards and alerts.
  • 7-8 years' hands-on experience in monitoring and managing real user experience, application performance, and response time, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
  • Good knowledge of Application Monitoring using Dynatrace and Datadog.
  • Experience in deploying, configuring, and customizing Dynatrace tools for different technologies and platforms.
  • Very good understanding and proficiency in Dynatrace tool capabilities for a given customer environment.
  • Minimum 7-8 years' hands-on experience in monitoring all application dependencies and tracking transactions across all tiers.
  • Efficient and experienced in resolving performance or availability-related issues.
Preferred Experience:
  • 5+ years' experience in NMS/EMS IBM Tivoli Netcool Suit of Products, including deployment, configuration, administering, and customization in Netcool/Omnibus, Probes, Gateways, WebGUI, ITM, and Jazz for SM.
  • Experience in IBM Tivoli Netcool Omnibus 8.1 customized configuration and deployment of multi-tier architecture.
  • Working knowledge of Probes and Gateways, experience in configuring various probes, including MTTrapd, Syslog, EIF, Ping, Message bus probe, etc.
  • Experience in configuring Object Server Gateways, like JDBC, Uni, and Bi-directional Gateway.
  • Good experience in JazzSM, Netcool/WebGUI deployment and configuration.
  • Experience in using DB2 back-end data storage.
  • Working experience in managing incidents, escalation of incidents on time.
  • Must have knowledge on change management, problem management, and ITIL processes.
