Job Title: Urdu Language Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled expert in the Urdu language to support the development of AI models.

The ideal candidate will have native or near-native proficiency in Urdu, strong English-language communication skills, and demonstrated expertise in Urdu writing, editing, or content creation. They will also have in-depth knowledge of Urdu culture, idioms, humor, and societal nuances.

The role involves developing accurate, engaging, and contextually appropriate written responses in Urdu, evaluating and reviewing human- and AI-generated content, and providing detailed linguistic assessments.

  • Develop written responses in Urdu for various prompts.
  • Evaluate and review both human- and AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, clarity, safety, and cultural alignment.
  • Provide detailed linguistic assessments focusing on style, nuance, bias, clarity, and intent.
  • Conduct peer reviews of linguistic contributions to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Design creative content such as prompts, role-play scenarios, games, and thought experiments to test and challenge AI capabilities.
