This unique CFO position offers a seasoned professional the chance to be a trusted partner to our leadership team, driving long-term financial planning, capital management, and robust internal controls.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement sophisticated financial models to integrate capex, working capital, and profit flows under our no-debt policy.
    • Design and enhance comprehensive internal control frameworks and audit systems with a focus on manufacturing, R&D, and global operational integrity.
    • Lead the Corporate Secretarial function, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and Listing Agreement requirements.
    • Oversee timely and precise financial closings, statutory audits, tax audits, and all regulatory filings.
    • Direct treasury functions emphasizing optimal liquidity, cash flow forecasting, strategic forex management, and judicious investment of surplus funds.
    • Architect proactive, fully compliant tax planning strategies with specialized attention to export incentives, international taxation, and transfer pricing.
    • Champion a high-performing internal audit function, conducting deep-dive reviews into plant operations, cost control mechanisms, and supply chain efficiencies.
    • Drive initiatives for cost optimization and efficiency improvements across all business functions.
