Job Title

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and highly available system architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system vulnerabilities
  • Develop and maintain monitoring tools to ensure optimal system performance
  • Implement chaos engineering practices to proactively identify potential system issues

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and microservices architecture
  • Experience with performance testing tools (Jmeter/LoadRunner) and APM tools (Dynatrace/New Relic)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, automation tools (Puppet/Chef/Ansible), and instrumentation services
  • Excellent communication and business presentation skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Software Engineering and Development skills (.NET/Go/Python/C++/Ruby/Java)
  • Experience with capacity planning models and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of SLI, SLO, SLA, and error budgets

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
