Site Reliability Engineer Role

You will play a critical role in ensuring the availability and reliability of our IT systems. We are looking for an experienced engineer who can identify potential system issues early, implement preventive measures, and boost system resilience.
Key Responsibilities- Engineer reliability: Implement preventive measures to prevent system failures.
- Automate for speed: Build tools that eliminate manual effort and enable rapid deployments.
- Solve problems at scale: Participate in root cause analysis, drive corrective actions, and prioritize improvements.
- Optimize performance: Apply programming expertise to strengthen infrastructure and services.
- Mentor & grow: Share knowledge with peers and champion best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting and automation.
- Must Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Hands-on experience designing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong incident response mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Nice to Have:
- Azure Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator.
- Experience with monitoring/AAPM tools.
