Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Murex Implementations Professional to lead and manage a team in delivering the Murex upgrade Program from an offshore location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver the Murex upgrade Program, ensuring seamless project execution and timely completion.
  • End-to-end responsibility for projects, including initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery.
  • Effective stakeholder communication and management, fostering strong relationships with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders.
  • Risk identification, issue management, critical path activities tracking, and mitigation/resolution of these risks.
  • Regular status updates to all stakeholders, providing transparency and visibility into project progress.
  • People management and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and skills.
  • Project status tracking and governance setup, maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in Murex implementations.
  • At least 6+ years of experience in Murex project management and program management.
  • Strong understanding of Murex architecture and ability to comprehend end-to-end processes.
  • Subject matter expert in at least one Murex module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting, or Front Office).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, driving team performance and success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Offshore delivery management experience, leveraging expertise in global project delivery.
  • Team management experience, leading high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, making informed decisions to drive business results.
