Customer Service Opportunity

We are hiring multiple sales and customer service professionals to join our team at Ghansoli MBP office in Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound or outbound calls for sales, retention, insurance, or customer support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will persuade or assist customers with queries, renewals, collections, or complaints.

Key eligibility criteria include:

  • Minimum 12th pass/graduate education
  • Age limit: 18-34 years
  • Male & female candidates eligible

In addition to these requirements, the successful candidate should possess:

  • Freshers welcome; 6+ months experience preferred in sales, customer service, or insurance
  • Average to good communication skills in English
  • Required fluency in Gujarati (for LG Inbound Process)
  • BASIC computer knowledge necessary for CRM handling
