As a business leader at a top-tier organization, you will be responsible for devising and executing strategies to drive revenue growth from drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with leadership to define business strategy, break down complex problems, drive long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and strategic business reviews.
  • Program & Project Management: Own end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives, build and maintain project plans, manage timelines, align stakeholders, ensure accountability, identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early, propose mitigation strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Analyze internal processes, identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics, champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams, prepare communication materials and reporting for internal and external stakeholders, support leadership with data, insights, and briefing materials to drive key decisions.

You will work closely with various departments to achieve business objectives. Your experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations will be valuable assets in this role. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for success in this position.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in the startup, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
