Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager Legal

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Assistant Manager Legal. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of legal matters including litigation, contracts, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and legal advisory.

The position involves working closely with internal departments and external legal partners to support our operations. This is a full-time role located in Mumbai, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage civil and criminal cases, as well as arbitration matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents including agreements, contracts, and policies.
  • Conduct primary due diligence including title searches for property transactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
  • Minimum 7 to 8 years of relevant legal experience.
