Legal Professional

We are seeking an experienced Legal Specialist with a solid understanding of U.S. legal processes and employment practices to support our team.

This role requires expertise in managing various legal documents and agreements to ensure federal and state law compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Draft Employment Agreements ensuring legal compliance and company policy alignment.
  • Prepare and review Bonus and Commission Agreements for performance-based compensation structures.
  • Draft and negotiate Client Contracts protecting company interests and deliverables.
  • Manage Vendor Contracts with attention to classification risks and regulatory compliance.
  • Review and respond to Unemployment Claims collaborating with stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Handle Workers' Compensation Insurance Claims including documentation, communication, and legal compliance.
  • Communicate with state labor departments addressing compliance requirements, updates, and correspondence.
  • Support internal teams with legal research, policy development, and training on legal procedures as needed.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with US experience.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. legal processes and employment practices.
  • Experience in handling employment-related legal matters.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Style:

  • Work from Office.
  • Shift timings: 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
