Job Title: Technical Lead-Data Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to lead our data engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale data systems, ensuring high-quality data processing and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex data pipelines and architectures
  • Lead a team of data engineers in the development and deployment of data solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Maintain and improve existing data systems to ensure scalability and performance

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering roles
  • Expertise in OLAP design, data warehousing concepts, and ETL/ELT processes
  • Strong SQL skills, including joins, window functions, and optimization techniques
  • Experience with Snowflake warehouses, data ingestion, and external integrations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders
