Job Description

As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing fuel system components that meet the stringent requirements of hybrid/electric vehicle programs.

Your expertise in fuel system component design/development will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of these components with powertrain systems.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive design releases and issue resolution, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop fuel system components (pipes, tanks, pumps, valves, etc.) that meet powertrain requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design releases and issue resolution.
  • Ensure vehicle installation feasibility and compliance with powertrain functionality.
  • Manage suppliers for timely delivery, quality compliance, and technical support.
  • Work with PCDS, eAPQP, and EBER systems for robust program delivery.
  • Utilize 3DX tools for design, validation, and release.
  • Prepare and present technical documents/reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–9 years of experience in fuel system component design/development.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle installation and powertrain requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with supplier management and cross-functional communication.
  • Hands-on experience with 3DX CAD tools.
