Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial analysis department, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and insights to support business decisions.

  • Conduct thorough financial analyses of companies to determine their value, focusing on the valuation of businesses, business interests, and intangible assets.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze historical financial data and project future financial performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing your findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial analysis is aligned with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a public accounting, consulting, or investment banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial valuation theory, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Experience with financial databases such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
