Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager- Wealth Management Solutions

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven professional to build and manage relationships with family offices and high net worth individuals (HNIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNIs and family offices, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Investment Advisory & Product Distribution: Offer expert advisory services on mutual funds, alternative investment funds, portfolio management services, real estate investment trusts, and infrastructure investment trusts within a ₹5 Cr - ₹50 Cr ticket size range.
  • Business Growth & Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term business growth strategies for our wealth management division.
  • Market Positioning & Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to strengthen brand positioning and expand our network.

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of experience in wealth management, managing HNIs and family offices.
  • Strong relationships with family offices and HNIs.
  • Expertise in wealth products, structured investments, and alternative asset classes.
  • Proven ability to raise capital and manage large portfolios.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in running a venture with equity participation.
  • Experience in building and leading teams.
  • Willingness to travel for investor meetings and networking.
