Job Description

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent, autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing goal-driven actions using large language models (LLMs) and advanced AI frameworks.

Our ideal candidate has experience working with LLMs, transformers, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning. They should also have hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, and building agents that interact with APIs, tools, or environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement intelligent, autonomous agents using LLMs and advanced AI frameworks.
  • Integrate memory, tool-use, and multi-step planning architectures to build adaptive agentic systems.
  • Research and evaluate cutting-edge agent frameworks to enhance system capabilities.
  • Optimize agent workflows for reliability, safety, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current with advancements in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, cognitive architectures, and related fields.
Requirements:
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML concepts including LLMs, transformers, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, and building agents that interact with APIs, tools, or environments.
  • Knowledge of autonomous agent architectures, multi-agent systems, planning algorithms, and familiarity with reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs, or symbolic reasoning.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, including services such as Azure AI and AWS Bedrock.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1 year focused on agent systems or LLM-based applications.
Qualifications:
  • BTech/BE/MTech/ME degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
