We're seeking a seasoned expert to drive the development and deployment of innovative GenAI solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ideation and design of GenAI solutions, collaborating closely with clients to understand their business challenges and needs.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable solution concepts, defining architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Mentor cross-functional teams, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.
  • Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and taking ownership of AI-driven solution design, development, and deployment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML/AI services such as AWS Sagemaker or Google Vertex AI.
  • Prior experience in consulting, pre-sales, or freelance capacity is strongly preferred.
