We are seeking a skilled professional to support our accounting operations and financial analysis. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build their practice while working on various projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Financial Analysis:
    • Review company structure and simplify operations.
    • Analyze government incentives and payment plans to maximize Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and project Net Present Value (NPV).
    • Prepare reports and presentations from a managerial accounting perspective.
  • Compliances:
    • E nsure compliance with requirements of SEZ, customs, and other government bodies.
    • Ensure legal compliance for wages, PF, ESI, and Shops and Establishment Act for contract resources in all offices.
    • R enew licenses under the Shops & Establishment Act and maintain records.
  • Accounting Operations:
    • Manage banking activities and relationship with bankers.
    • Review internal audit reports to ensure financial compliance.
    • Create and maintain cash flow statements and monthly/quarterly/annual budgets.
    • E nsure financial statements are completed accurately and resolve differences or issues.
    • Manage petty cash process and transactions, including employee reimbursement.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Lead price and service negotiations and manage key agreements/contracts for all company offices in India.
    • Lead procurement activities by analyzing prices, timeliness, and quality.
    • P repare Pay Orders, manage procurements, and ensure on-time delivery.
    • S upport international and domestic travel, visa, currency, ticket & accommodation arrangements for company employees & visitors.
    • E stablish and maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems for departmental data, documents, and materials.
  • Payroll Support:
    • Review salary input files for all company offices in India.
    • C oordinate with payroll agency to ensure accurate salary disbursements.
    • S upport HR team for financial and taxation related queries.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Chartered Accountant certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and newer online tools.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Experience: 2-4 years. CA 1st Attempt.
