Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving compliance activities around specific products, sites or regions, and ensuring the total quality management system for the business.

  • Create a culture of excellence by driving compliance activities around specific products, sites or regions.
  • Develop and implement effective Quality Management Systems (QMS) processes.
  • Ensure process compliance through the development of comprehensive procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, templates, checklists, worksheets, and other product and process related documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in medical device QMS processes. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex messages and negotiate internally with others.

Requirements
  • Masters Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (specialized in Mechanical / Manufacturing) or Physics, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant Medical Devices Design work experience in New Product Development.
