PeopleSoft Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Peoplesoft Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing production support and application enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Peoplesoft development, including experience with Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts. Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide production support and application enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
  • Work with functional users to understand and document business requirements.
  • Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations.
  • Create and update technical specification documents.
  • Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test own development work.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members.
  • Analyze, design, code, and implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Peoplesoft HCM development.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Functional and technical understanding of the Peoplesoft HCM product suite.
  • Ability to work with both technical and functional resources to ensure business requirements are satisfied.
