Electronics Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer with a strong analytical mindset and passion for innovation in electronic circuit design, prototyping, PCB layout, testing, and system-level troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of analog and digital electronics, embedded systems, and design for manufacturability. They should be able to lead complex R&D initiatives while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.

This role involves designing and developing complex electronic circuits for high-reliability applications. The engineer will assist in designing and prototyping ruggedized electronic systems with IP65/IP68-rated enclosures, focusing on harsh environments.

A key aspect of this job is creating and reviewing PCB layouts and schematics using industry-standard EDA tools like Altium Designer or KiCAD. The engineer must select appropriate electronic components and materials for optimal performance, durability, and cost-efficiency.

  • Create detailed technical documentation for manufacturing, compliance, and assembly processes.
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical and software engineering teams for seamless system integration.
  • Conduct thorough testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies and prototypes.

Required skills include proficiency in electronic circuit design, analysis, and simulation using tools like Altium Designer or OrCAD. Strong expertise in PCB layout, schematic capture, and multi-layer board design is also necessary. Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and power supply design is required as well as knowledge of DFM and DFA best practices. Additionally, the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential.

Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in defense, industrial, or high-reliability electronics product development is highly desirable. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant industry experience is required.
