Senior Financial Professional

Our organization seeks a skilled Senior Financial Professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing audit and review engagements, preparing tax returns, and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

  • Manage audit and review engagements from start to completion, planning and performing testing or analytical procedures, and preparing all work paper documentation.
  • Prepare tax returns for clients using advanced software and issue draft financial statements and tax returns, taking full responsibility for deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, communicating with clients to obtain required financial/tax documents and ensuring engagement deliverables are complete and accurate.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 5-7+ years of experience working in public accounting.
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior or supervisor role at a public accounting firm.
  • 5+ years of audit experience.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CA license.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to pivot when necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity and experience with advanced financial software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
