About Us: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver projects in data engineering and analytics. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams to execute data platform, pipeline, and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.

Job Summary:

The Technical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to define project requirements and success metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute technical projects from start to finish.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and report status to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project blockers and dependencies.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is current and aligned with project goals.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management within a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
