About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Webflow Developer to design and manage our marketing web properties. This role involves collaborating with our Marketing team to create high-quality web experiences that focus on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

  • Develop web pages and landing page concepts with in-house designers and the marketing team.
  • Monitor site performance, run regular audits, and optimize accordingly.
  • Analyze conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and provide actionable suggestions.
  • Create innovative interactive concepts based on observations and learning.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Webflow for responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with Figma design tools.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and ever-changing trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social platform tracking.
  • Ability to write custom code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and deadline adherence.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development.
