Procurement Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in driving operational efficiency and strategic purchasing decisions for our business.

  • Identify, evaluate and procure packaging materials and services that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate suppliers based on price quality service reliability to make informed procurement decisions.
  • Negotiate prices and purchase orders to achieve optimal value.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and track purchases to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing consumption data.
  • Handle quality control reports and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Develop strategies to reduce costs improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with contract law sourcing strategies.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure meet tight deadlines.
