We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Rating Business Analyst to join our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance domain, particularly with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter, along with significant experience in Rating, SBT, Standard-Based Templates, and Cloud Guidewire implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gather and analyze business requirements related to Guidewire Rating and PolicyCenter
  2. Conduct workshops, gap analysis, feasibility studies, and stakeholder interviews
  3. Document business process flows, prepare business scenarios, and support development testing teams
  4. Work with cross-functional teams to drive the design and delivery of Guidewire solutions
  5. Participate in creating High-Level Designs (HLDs) and architecture documents for integration points
  6. Prepare detailed training decks, whitepapers, point-of-view documents, and marketing collateral
  7. Lead the response to RFPs/RFIs, supporting proposal development and client presentations
  8. Conduct training sessions on Insurance domain topics and Guidewire products for internal and external stakeholders
  9. Provide business and system analysis expertise throughout the SDLC
  10. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and act as a liaison between offshore and onshore teams
  11. Analyze impacts of business changes and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features
Required Skills:
  1. 7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
  2. At least 2 years working on Guidewire platforms (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter)
  3. Deep understanding of Guidewire Rating, SBT, and Cloud deployments
  4. Experience in the insurance domain is mandatory
  5. Strong documentation and business analysis skills, including BRD, FRD, and SRS
  6. Proficient in tools and techniques used for gap analysis, requirement gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management
  7. Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence
  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations
  9. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across technical and business teams
  10. Ability to adapt to various situations, influence stakeholders, and lead discussions with confidence
  11. Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to structure and resolve complex problems
