Community Growth PartnerKey Responsibilities:

We're seeking highly motivated individuals to collaborate with us in driving community growth and outreach.

  • Contact community admins on Telegram, Discord, and other platforms to introduce them to Earnpaste
  • Explain how Earnpaste works and its benefits compared to competitors
  • Aid interested admins in getting started on the platform
  • Evaluate their activity after 7 daysReport data via a shared trackerWhat

Becoming a Community Growth Partner means you'll be working independently with high levels of autonomy, taking ownership of your tasks and results. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, which we believe fosters productivity and efficiency.

Benefits:

You'll receive commission-based compensation for each successful onboarding, along with potential bonuses for high-volume onboarding. Moreover, there are long-term role opportunities available based on performance.

Please note that this role has no fixed monthly salary. Your compensation will depend on the number of successful onboardings and your overall performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication and messaging skills
  • Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or other community platformsFluent English
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
Experience Preferred:

Prior experience in community outreach, influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, or digital promotion is preferred. However, we prioritize ability over credentials, so if you're a motivated self-starter with the ability to learn fast and achieve results, we want to hear from you.
