Billing System Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, test, and maintain the Majesco Billing system with precision and speed.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement efficient billing solutions.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes effectively.
  • Document processes, configuration changes, and provide end-user training.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the Majesco Billing system is necessary.
  • Thorough knowledge of insurance billing processes (P&C or Life/Annuities/Health) is required.
  • A solid understanding of policy administration, claims, and integration with billing systems is essential.
  • Strong skills in SQL, data validation, and reporting are crucial.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
