  • Develop and support Matrixx, IN/Billing system
  • Analyse client requirements and business models to handle operations for billing systems and provide technical support
  • Liaise with teams to understand requirements and bridge gaps in the operational process
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, participate in clarification sessions for new features
  • Manage quality assurance for new features, report and track requirements and functional changes
