Job Role

As a highly skilled Salesforce Lead Consultant, you will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect CTI Adapter solutions.

This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, solutioning ability, and end-to-end implementation ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure call center features such as screen pop, IVR, call routing, call recording, and reporting integrations.
  • Build and integrate AWS Lambda functions with Amazon Connect to enhance the user experience.
  • Extend and customize functionality using the Open CTI interface to meet customer needs.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Salesforce and AWS teams to deliver scalable and effective solutions.

Additionally, you will provide best practice guidance, governance, and performance optimization to drive business success.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with a focus on Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant certifications are required.
  • Proven experience in implementing Service Cloud Voice solutions is essential.
