Senior Data Cloud Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Data Cloud professional with expertise in data modeling and integration. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Data Cloud solutions that unify customer data from multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Model Design

    Design, configure, and implement robust Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including Data Streams, Data Model Objects, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activations.

  • Integration and Collaboration

    Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud for seamless end-to-end personalization. Collaborate closely with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.

  • ETL and Middleware Integrations

    Implement large-scale ETL, API, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) integrations for efficient data ingestion.

  • Strategic Leadership

    Apply data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices. Provide technical leadership in data modeling, ensuring scalability and performance excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise

    5–9 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.

  • Leadership Competencies

    Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.

  • Business Acumen

    • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
    • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
