Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team as an MIS Executive. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

The MIS Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools to collect and organize business information. Additionally, the individual will generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in business processes.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through regular audits and quality checks.
  • Develop and implement data validation and cleansing processes to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on data management tools and reporting systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
  • Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Access) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
