Job Description

As a sales professional in the Bancassurance space, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing sales plans to achieve business targets. Your role will involve leading, motivating, and training partners to enhance their sales capabilities.

The incumbent will set clear objectives for achieving agreed-upon sales targets and monitor progress. You will help partners generate and track leads, close sales, and upsell/cross-sell products based on customer needs analysis.

Additionally, you will facilitate ongoing training for partners to ensure they are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively. Regular feedback from partners and customers will be sought to improve the selling process and products.

Reviewing sales plans and providing support for growth opportunities is also a key aspect of this role.
