Job Title: Product Strategist

Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining product vision, backlog management, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Prioritize and manage competing demands to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of product features through collaboration with development teams.
  • Analyze and report on key product metrics to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
  • Hands-on experience in product ownership, business analysis, and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of requirement gathering, learning sessions, and townhall meetings.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • Certification in product ownership or related field (optional).

Working Conditions:

This role is based in Chennai and requires frequent interaction with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
