About the Role:

We are seeking a talented creative professional to craft visually compelling stories across digital, print, and event touchpoints. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring design consistency across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Content: Design and update landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives that capture audience attention and drive engagement.
  • Social Media & Ad Creatives: Develop engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives across platforms that resonate with our target audience.
  • Blog & Long-form Content: Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles that showcase our thought leadership and expertise.
  • Emails: Create visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Print & Event Collateral: Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events that reflect our brand's personality and style.
  • Pitch Decks: Build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations that impress clients and stakeholders.
  • Video Editing & Motion Design: Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content and engage audiences.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels to maintain a strong brand presence.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work that demonstrates your skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work and experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • The ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs while maintaining excellent communication skills and collaboration across marketing, sales, and product teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Webflow development skills for building and managing landing pages.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and content-driven design.
