Job Title: Visual Creative Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled graphic designer to join our team as a visual creative specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create engaging visual assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, videos, packaging, and website design.

Evaluate designs to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative assets for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the brand's design strategies innovative and competitive.

Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in graphic designing & video editing.

Understanding in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator for social creative like Reels, GIFs.

Ability to adapt to newer AI tools of design function.

Strong understanding of video editing - including animations, motion graphics.

Excellent understanding of video production processes, including storyboarding, editing, color grading, and sound design.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion design projects.
